"My balance and coordination have improved immensely along with my concentration and focus too." This sentiment is echoed by Sheila, who has been a part of the program for nearly three years. "BAF has been a blessing physically, socially and emotionally," she reflects. "I have met lots of wonderful people, and Alison is a great teacher, very knowledgeable about exercising and strengthening the body in a safe way."

"Alison puts tremendous effort into each class," AE remarks, "and patiently helps us get the most out of every exercise." Andrea E echoes this sentiment, emphasizing the welcoming environment fostered by Alison and her team. "I enjoy seeing my classmates and Alison, who have become friends," she shares. "The music that is selected for our class sessions is also fun and adds to the very hospitable environment."

"The Diamond Division program makes me feel 'attractive' while I am exercising and being good to my aging body," Becky E reflects. "These classes are very good for anyone over age 50 who wants to be healthier in a gentle way that is mindful of the aging body - whether you've ever danced or not."
